BETTER FOCUS WITH A LITTLE HELP FROM NATURE
Upon a personal recommendation, I tried this herb, rhodiola rosea, as an alternative to ADHD meds. For me, the effect is amazing for improving concentration and focus for about 4-5 hours. It's powerful stuff, and not recommended for use in conjunction with stimulant medications because having both in your system at the same time can amplify stimulant effects, and can lead to agitation and anxiety. I keep some at work for days I forget my prescribed medication. (IPG is not a doctor, and doesn't play one on TV. Read labels, follow directions, and consult your doctor before adding supplements to your ADHD prescription regimen.)
